DANNY CLINCH & THE TANGIERS BLUES BAND @ FIORENTINI+BAKER

 Deborah Baker, is the British born designer and founder 
of the fashion brand, FIORENTINI + BAKER. 
Earlier this month she hosted #live_kickin NYC.
 An exhibition for friend, musician and iconic photographer,
Danny Clinch. The exhibition included a Live performance by the renown,
Tangiers Blues Band.



A fantastic spread of Italian delicacies graced the serving table.
Prosciutto, Salami, a wheel of Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosecco.

The Tangiers Blues Band formed in 1998, when guitarist Chris Scianni, 
Jason Newsted and Dave Boria met harmonica player, photographer 
Danny Clinch and realized their mutual love for the blues music. 




The Tangiers Blues Band line-up changes from show to show,
with a wide rotation of friends and musicians they've known for years.
They include Huey from the Fun Loving Criminals, King, from Cooley High,
Mick Jones, from Foreigner and Ex-Tenis Pro, John McEnroe. 


Dave Boria, Drums, Dave Sellars, Bass and Peter Levin, Keyboards.



The original line-up consists of Chris (guitar), Dave Boria (Drums),
Danny (Harmonica), Huey (lap steel), King (Vox and guitar) and 
long time friends, Dave Sellars (Bass) with Peter Levin (Keys).




In addition they have many "special guests" who will sit in with them
for a night when they are around or in a city the band is performing.
They include, Phil Lesh, Bruce Springsteen, G-Love, Preservation Blues Band,
Charlie Giordano and Joseph Scianni, Chris's father.
