Laboratorio Tortellini served up delicious Mushroom and Pumpkin Tortellini.

hosted a Wine and Olive Oil tasting event.

The most representative grape from the wines of Cosenza area,
is undoubtedly the Magliocco Dolce for quality yield.


Maria Carreri and Gennaro Convertino were most gracious hosts at the event.
Olive Oil in this Region is known for it's bold, robust flavor and taste.
The Olive Tree spread in Calabria since VII B.C.
together with the first Greek colonizations.
